Terms of Service

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of EkSaar for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the App
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use another user's account without permission
• Create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing our services
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the account for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EkSaar and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Books, summaries, and other content available through the App are the property of their respective owners and are protected by copyright laws. You may only use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or share through the App (such as notes, bookmarks, or highlights). By sharing content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display that content within the App.

You may not use the App:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the App
• To remove, circumvent, disable, damage, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the App

EkSaar allows you to download books and content for offline access. Downloaded content is licensed for your personal use only and remains subject to all copyright and intellectual property protections.

You agree not to:

• Redistribute downloaded content to others
• Extract or reverse engineer downloaded content
• Use downloaded content for commercial purposes
• Share or transfer downloaded content outside of the App

We reserve the right to revoke your access to downloaded content if you violate these Terms.

The materials on EkSaar are provided on an 'as is' basis. EkSaar makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, EkSaar does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its App or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to the App.
